It affects all Studio XPS 16s. I think they were working on a fix, but I didn't want to wait.

Laptop came with a 90W power supply but drew 114W under load, so the CPU/GPU got downclocked. Bad performance.

Core i7 is just not ready for notebooks I think. The power consumption is all out of whack on every model that uses one.
